About Our Floor Surcharge
Why we have a floor surcharge: Our delivery partners work in Delhi's extreme weather conditions, often in temperatures of 45-50°C.
For deliveries to higher floors without lifts, we add a small surcharge that goes 100% directly to the delivery person as compensation for the additional physical effort.
Surcharge rates:
Ground & 1st floor: ₹0
2nd floor: ₹5
3rd floor: ₹8
4th floor: ₹10
5th floor: ₹15
6th floor: ₹20
7th floor and above: ₹25
You can avoid this surcharge by selecting the "ground floor pickup" option during checkout.
